Return Policy

At Xx Syndrome, each product that we ship out is made with a lot of love and care. We closely examine each piece at various stages of production, to ensure that it is up to the mark. Hence, we are unable to take returns / exchange for the products. However, if a defective or damaged piece is delivered to you, we will replace it with another or issue store credit if the piece is out of stock. In such an event, kindly send us an image of the product within 48hours of receiving the order, and we’ll get back to you in a jiffy.

Customers may return the product within 7 working days after the delivery, provided the product is not used and still in its original packaging, and with the price tags in place. Any product that has been tampered with, will not be considered for a return or exchange.  

Please note the following products will not be considered for returns: 

• Products which are made to order 
• Products customized as per the client’s specific requirements
• Any product during sale/promotion/discount


We reserve the right to decide and take a final call over all such matters. Rest ensured, that in case of an issue, we will try our best to sort it out at the earliest.
